ReconyX Problems

I love the cameras but this is the firs year I've had a problem. All my daytime pics came out pink. On this last setup though, the day time pics are clear as a bell and look like they're supposed to but now I'm getting some 5 shot groups that are pitch black. Time for some factory work after season.

The lens exchanger is sticking. Easy fix. I am sure they will fix you right up!!

Mike Reconyx has great customer service also. You shouldn't have any trouble getting it taken care of.

I don't know. I emailed them about a week go to get the information on sending it back and haven't heard from them yet.
