ok been going back and forth for a long while on selling this but decided to go ahead to fund a suppressor Ive wanted to get for a long time.

Savage 111 243 (pre accutigger). This was the first rifle I ever got that was only mine, up to that point I always had to use my brothers stuff lol. Purchased new in 1993 and Ive been the only owner. I sent it a few years ago to a buddy of mine who completely brought it back to life. He took it all back down metal and then cerekoted barrel and receiver then dipped the stock.

I put a Sig Wiskey 3 4-12x50 with the illuminated fire-dot reticle as well as a custom sig turret that was built for the barnes ammo I was shooting (I have the old turret somewhere I can try and find)

The gun shoots great and is in fantastic shape. I also have about 30 rounds of barnes, 9 rounds of accubonds and 10 or so rounds of federal fusion that can go with it.

Having said that, its not some fancy old collectable gun lol. its still a savage 111 with a blind magazine and long action.

Selling all of it for $500. I ASSUME its all still sighted it but obviously would need to confirm. I have not actually hunted with it for a few years minus a coyote hunt a year or 2 ago (shot 3 yotes that day). Ive thought about just keeping for sentimental value but I dont hold my dad (who bought it for me) in high regards and I have other much nicer rifles my kids prefer to shoot. I did however kill my first solo hunt buck with it in that same 1993 season :)
