The big ones never really make it easy for you do they? I could use a better camcorder, but at 600-700 yards for $200 I can't complain. I actually got permission on 5 acres to hunt with the landowner. All I have to do is bring him some live catfish for his pond. I'll bring him the catfish but at 5 acres I don't want to run someone's deer off over pressuring it. Now I may ask field owner for shed hunting permission though!

Great footage, hope one or more holds tight. What's the earliest date you can/will hunt this 5 acres?
I don't think I will bother hunting it. He was just an extremely nice guy and he already hunts it. I may ask the person who owns the field if I can hunt/shed hunt it though. I doubt they hunt and that field would be the only legal chance of shooting those deer without getting into a subdivision
