Chickasaw State Park will be hosting a lake clean up at Lake Placid on September 27th for National Public lands day. The clean up will consist of being out in boats and hiking around the lake shore. All clean up materials will be provided. Come on out to help us maintain our beautiful lake and keep it clean for the ecosystem and for our future visitors. The clean up will start by meeting at the boat dock at 8 am and will last till approximately 12:00. Please dress appropriately for the weather and for the work that will be done, thank you, and we hope to see you there!
