Grilled filet migion, salad, loaded baked potato. Took up the dishes for the moms in the family. Got tipped $1.

Looks great! I'm cooking a filet tonight for my bride and daughter. What did you put on top of that filet? Looks like you put some butter with something mixed with it on top

Stepdad said it was a secret. If I had to guess, the base will be butter, as a ton of salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder. Try that. I'm sorry sure if it's right but that's what my taste buds are telling me

here are some ideas for the compund butter.

Nice! Thanks for sharing. I do a mixture of butter, parsley and garlic. Very good on chicken. I like the idea of mixing, rolling up and putting in the fridge and cutting as you need it. What a great idea.
