Just found out my lease was taken out from under us by one of the big clubs paying top dollar around the state. Back to the drawing board. Looking for a lease in Middle TN. It would be me and my 10yr old son. He shot his first buck last year, a 140 10pt and is extremely upset about not getting to hunt this year. Anything 20 acres and up is an option at this point. Because of his age, I am not looking for any large club, family leases only.
My previous lease was a 1000 acres that I managed for the last 5 years. I made many improvements over that time and am leaving that property 10x better than I found it. I have references if needed.
