I hate to give this up but it is just a bit far for me to drive. This lease is 450 acres and probably half pasture / half woods. The gentleman is a great guy to lease from so I told him that I would post it. I got pictures of some good bucks, bear and there are plenty of turkeys on the place. The max number of people is 3 and cost is 1,650.00. send me a PM if interested with your number and and I will get it to him. That is 1650 total by the way not per person, I didn't want any confusion.

Sounds like a good deal. Fentress county produces some excellent deer in parts of the county. Plus all the other game that is available it should not take long to lease it.
I had it leased with my uncle and he is just to the age that he didn't want to drive it anymore. The guy that leases it is super! There is some big deer on the place as you can see! Those two in the daytime come through the same pinch point a day apart in early November. Of course I was at work! He had a small place that he bush hogged for us turned it up and put in a plot. We put wheat and clover mix in that. I seen several doe in it the one time I got to bow hunt. I can give you more details if anyone is interested just PM me. Thanks

How far is it from Knoxville?
From west Knoxville it would be around 2 hours or a little less. I have one going to look at it next week that I put in touch with the land owner if you are interested just send me your information and I will get you set up if he doesn't take it. Thanks!
