Since getting my blackstone I have ate more bell peppers than I have in my life. I never eat the green ones, absolutely can't STAND the taste. Red, yellow and orange are my go to's. I have had a BAD stopped up nose for a while now. Stomach aches and diarrhea as well. On a whim I googled, "can bell peppers cause stomach pain" What happens when you eat a pepper: Capsaicin binds to pain receptors on the tongue. Brain cools the body by sweating, salivating, and producing mucus. * I have been waking up at night sweating, completely cotton mouthed due to having in inability to breath through my nose. Heartburn, but that isn't my issue. Hiccups, again not my issue. Pain and cramping in the stomach. Digestion rate increases, causing diarrhea. * Been having all of this for sure. Red, yellow and orange are the worst and those are the only ones I eat. LOL Lots of issues explained for sure. Oh well, guess I will just eat more meat and cheese and drop the peppers. LOL
