KY deer lease(s)

Heading up to Ky tomorrow to check a couple of tracts of land out tomorrow. Currently hunt in Pulaski co KY and it's great. Lease is going away though. I refuse to pay base camp prices. But I have found 2 properties I'm going to go look at. One in Laurel county and the other in Jackson county. Anyone ever hunting these 2 counties? They are just east and north where I have hunted the last 4 years but have significantly less agricultural. More hills and similar to middle tn. Jackson co is zone 4 which is a mild inconvenience. And Laurel is still zone….. thoughts?

Yes not sure about those two areas but from what I've looked at some of the eastern counties have very low deer densities
