Looks like a 3 year old to me. The lump is on the tongue side, I'd be temped to cut it open and see what it looks like. Infection? I have had some deformed jaw bones over the years, but usually attributable to absess in the gumline.

Great job cleaning jawbone up for a solid visual representation. Not a ton of wear on those teeth. Lump could have made him favor opposite side, thus over causing excess wear on opposite side (without lump) in shorter duration. For sure 3.5+, possibly 4.5+.

Much appreciated. For those who mentioned the injury, this side was the 'young' looking side, with less wear-which I assume was due to pain chewing on that side. I may at some point do some exploratory surgery. ;)

Can you post pictures of the other side? For me, I barely called it a 4.5 yo. It's definitely 3.5 but likely 4.5. I would like to see the other side too as it didn't seem to have uneven wear on the injured side.
