I left these out in the summer sun so I don't know if aging will be possible because the dentin lines are hard to see.

That deer displays a VERY unusual toothwear pattern. If the lingual (tongue-side) cusps of the 6th tooth (3rd molar) were not broken off during jawbone removal, then that's the first deer I've seen that displays much more wear on the youngest molar than the oldest molar.

Could you take a downward picture of the teeth on the opposite side? In the first picture, it appears the right side of the jaw does not display the unusual wear pattern on the 6th (last) tooth.
