Just picked up a new Hatsan 135 in .22 cal. I still have to get it scoped up but let me tell you, straight out of the box that thing shoots like a dream! I think the thing I will like the most is the trigger. It is buttery smooth and light. It seems to be better than virtually all my hunting rifles with the exception of my TC Encore.

The plan is for some squirrel hunting and varmit control off my deck at Rock Island.

I have the same gun for popping, problem squirrels in the back yard. Any squirrel wanting to chew my house is a problem squirrel. But. I digress.

My suggestion is to buy several kinds of pellets to find an accurate one. Also, don't leave it cocked. It's a great gun!
