Went out for a little while last Fri. morning. Sat under my unbrella until the ribbons that tie it down started dripping down my back.
Felt a little "fluish" that evening and all day Sat. Took some Vitamin C and started some antibiotics and rested up.
Got out there Sunday morning thinking that I wouldn't feel any worse on the stand than I felt in the bed. Watched it spitting snow all morning with a doe and two buttons bedded down about 50-60 yards from me. No shot to be had at the doe.
Never could get warm on Sunday morning and started chilling really bad when I came back in. This morning I was running about 100 degrees - feel like crap! Looks like I need to go to the doc and pick up a Z-pac or something.
Unless things get better quickly, my weekend (rifle) may be a washout too! Of all the times to get sick!
