Never done this looking for advice from people that have.
Thinking of pulling our 1648 boat behind our 23 foot camper.
I have a class a license and am experienced in pulling almost anything.
Any advice from people that have?

Have considered quite a bit and seen a lot of rigs doing it, especially out west. Legalities does vary from state to state but plenty info online regarding. Legal in TN but not AL, legal in CO but not WY, so going on a trip requires some investigation. As suggested, you need to take a look at camper frame & beef up if needed. Takes a bit of planning like stopping for fuel as there's no backing up, have to be able to pull through. Need to check with insurance carrier to see if you are covered too.

Don't back up. Seriously though, consider a camera on the back of the camper. You won't be able to see the boat. You'll probably need a diesel truck so you can use the truck fuel islands.
