Tonight the wife made venison stars. They were delicious. It was the last pack of ground venison and I am happy the season is around the corner. I just thought I would share in case this season you need some fresh ideas for cooking . I attached the link with the recipe she uses and she said she doubles the spices on bucks to knock out any gamey taste to her. Does are just normal spice suggestions.
