Cumberland River boat ramp????

Where is a boat ramp located that I can get my boat unloaded to cruise around the stadium and riverfront?? Also is there a bar or restaurant on the water?? It's got to be fairly deep due to boat is a 24 ft center console with twin outboards. Thanks
