Rifles shoots great. Thier customer service not so much. Got a new ridgeline , the mag follower was installed backwards. Fixed that myself . Threads on muzzle we partially missing and mangled . Got an r.a. after the argument with their rep who said over and over the threads were 9/16 something. Clearly stated on their page its 5/8x24. Regardless they were messed up. Funny the thread protector still came off and on . Anyways , when they got the rifle they unboxed it , put it back in the mail without doing anything. Had to fight them again . Box it back up , mail it again and this time 6 weeks later they fixed it. It shot great after all that. Had 2 ridgeline, one b.a vtac and a mesa in 300 win mag that hasn't been shot. So that one I don't know .
