Anybody ever cook them in a crawfish boil? I've heard it being done, but not sure how long to cook em.

Fish doesn't need much exposure to heat for it to cook through. After you cut off the heat, and about 2 minutes before you pull the pot up, drop the fish in.

Thanks. I was thinking the guy told me about 15 to 20 seconds in the boil then he took the fillets out and dumped them on ice. Said they taste like shrimp. That might not be the right amount of time and i haven't seen the guy in a couple years.

Eh, they don't taste exactly like shrimp, but they're very tasty. I rarely give them more than a minute and that's off the boil, just sitting in the hot water.

I like them on crackers with a little cocktail or hot sauce.
