Yeah, his right side looks slightly deformed. If I see him during the season, I may just have to shoot him! He has very low odds of ever being more than what he is now.

I was just about to say he won't bust 80" but I'd probably pop him. I like oddball racks.

Looks like he damaged the beam just past the brow on the right side. Might be why it's deformed looking. Let him go. Never know what might happen next year. Lol

I pulled into my Ohio place this evening just in time to grab a few cards, and was surprised to see this guy. I've seen good size 6 pointers but never seen a buck without G2's. He looks like he should be an 8.

I got pics of one that looks very similar, can't recall ever seeing a buck without G2's

As the buck age structure continues to improve (more older bucks in the population), we will see more of the top end and the bottom end. These older 6s are the bottom end.

Guaranteed. Anytime the head/antlers are closer to the camera lens than the deer's body, the antlers are overexaggerated. Same perspective/distortion as long arming a fish.

agreed, looks 3.5 there and 15 inside. Unfortunately he is old enough to make the call he won't ever become anything special.
