I bought this mid year 2020 at the beginning of covid just before johnny Morris officially took over Ranger because the kids were out of school so we had something more to do. Now it barely gets used so it is time to send it down the road with other possible ventures coming up.
So, the boat had the oil changed and lower checked at sandhill boats at the end of last season and has only been on the water a half dozen times since then. It has the normal scratches that are usually seen on aluminum painted boats but nothing bad at all. The tandem axle makes it a lot better ride and it has trailer brakes. When I bought it I had them order me the center seat and I installed it instead of the center console. I replaced both trolling batteries at the beginning of the year this year. This boat will top out fully loaded around 54-56mph and is one of the better riding aluminum boats I have been in.
The bad.... My kids were playing on it a few weeks ago and flipped the switch for the livewell pump and burned it up. It's an easy fix but I haven't had the time or need to fix it.
The (literally) first week I got it my kids had me distracted as I was pulling the boat out of the water and I forgot to raise the motor. It broke off the tip of the fin that protects the prop (forget the name) so I had it checked at sandhill and they said everything was fine except cosmetics. Pics are included.
As is usual with most boats the speedometer doesn't work unless you unclog the hole on the motor but I always use gps for speed so I just let it go but all the other gauges work as they should.
Lastly, I fished in the rain one day and then the sun came out. The humidity caused the thin black insulation (or padding) on the storage container lids to come loose. I eventually pulled it down out of the main rod locker but left it as it is in the other container.
I say all this and I guess it doesn't sound good but I try to be upfront and honest about things. The boat has either been covered or in my garage it's whole life. If you want more pics just let me know and I will try to text them as it's easier than this site. I had to call around to try to find a price to list this for. I know there are a few things that need to be fixed so I am not going to ask what I was told. I have the title in hand and can sign it over upon sale. I am perfectly fine putting the boat in the water for a drive or taking it and having it checked out if the buyer wants/needs that.
Asking $32,000 obo

Man those are GREAT handling boats and with plenty of deck space to fish off of. My buddy has a rt188 and it feels like the front deck is 10' wide cause of all the room. Hopefully it goes quickly
Man, I really like it but rarely have the time to fish. Possibly getting more land and that wins out over a boat. Lol
