I was going to list it in the spring for 12k but I'm selling it ready to camp. All you'll need to do it put new sheets on and your ready to go. I'll even throw in a brand new leveling hit and sway bar. And a NIB portable septic tank.

I will sell it for $12,000 but I will throw in everything I bought after for it. That'll get the hitch with sway control (brand new, couple hundred bucks) the portable holding tank (couple hundred bucks and is still in the box)

It'll have everything you need to go camping except the little things (bed sheets, toiletries, etc). I am just right up the road from you in Sparta TN. I can meet her about any time. I would say the interior and exterior are in very good condition
