Sold/Expired Model 94 Winchester 30-30

Posting this somewhat unique Model 94 Winchester 30-30 for a friend at work. I don't know anything about it other than the pics and that he said a gunsmith looked it over and said it hasn't had many rounds shot thru it. Anyway, I've not seen one like this with the engraving and the saddle ring, thought it was pretty cool. If interested I can relay his contact info to you, just shoot me a message.

Yep, I had that same model for quite a few years. I believe they called it the "Antique Carbine."

It's well worth the 700. Just found its twin that sold on gunbroker for 7 including tax etc.. stock was cracked and looked like someone dropped it out of a tree 5 or 9 times .. it was rough

He's selling it to fund his daughter's new found interest in PRC style shooting. He also has a Ruger single six he's thinking of selling too he said.

How old is it? Drilled for scope?

He said it's a 66 model, serial number at 3 million +.

Have received a few offers so far. He's kinda wanting the full asking amount as soon as he can bc of time and money needed for his daughter's competition endeavor. He said he'll wait till tomorrow and then accept the best offer or first to offer the asking price.
