I hope those things NEVER set up residents in my area.
Its the stands,cameras,mineral feeders, cow feeders, tractors, four wheelers, fruit trees, and countless other expensive things they wont leave aloneThat ain't far for a bear. Hope he stays the other direction, but leaves you and yours alone!

Had one on camera over in Union County a few years back about that size. Quite a large unit.
