Wire spool that measures 6ft across. Electric company brought some for a few local people who asked for them. I was planning on making a shooting bench/table, but i have too many irons in the fire and don't want it to just sit around unused. Must come load it here, and i can help. Bring long straps to secure it.

Buyer to donate $5 to TNDeer. That is the only asking price. Bonus - there is still a little fiber cable on the spool.

Bonus #2: I will include enough treated 4x4 to make the seat posts. See pic in next post

Thanks for looking.

A word of advice to anybody that uses these reels (yes, they are cable reels) for anything....... raise them slightly off the ground with bricks or something similar and if it's not gonna be under a room/canopy you really need to paint it. Cable reels are made of the cheapest wood known and will rot pretty quickly. They're good for lots of redneck engineered stuff such as shooting tables ;) One other thing......... wasps will enter the center hole or the 2 winder holes and build nests. You won't know it till you disturb them.

I've spent most of my adult working life around Telecom and CATV construction and have unwound 10s of thousands of miles of cable off reels just like these.

GLWS, these are quite useful.

All good points above, and i just backed the trailer in the barn and dusted the center and smaller holes with Delta Dust pesticide to keep any such wasp or critters out.

My plan was to make the exact bench in the pic above, but for right hand only. Then was planning to apply water seal with a pump sprayer and spray foam all holes to keep wasp out.

I just dont have the time or desire right now, and i dont want it setting unused. Hope someone can make use of it.
