Erythristic. IMO, the coolest color phase that exists in turkeys. I'd give anything to run into one.

That's what's known as a clay-bar coloration. Or that's what I've heard it called in the past. Beautiful colors.

May want to think about doing this yourself... not much work, and looks OK if you don't mind the 'pancake' look. This was my Osceola from Florida earlier this year. I still haven't assembled all the parts yet on a board with the legs and beard, just wanted to give you an idea of something free to do to save those wings.
