I put out 2 cams for about a month. Newbie to trail cams. But I can see this as being somewhat addictive. I know as season approaches, I either put locks on them or lose them. I still may lose them with a lock. That being said, what lock do you guys use? Here's a pic of the biggest I got on cam.

JeepKuntry... I would highly advice you to run lock boxes with your cameras. A lock box will help protect the camera from squirrels although they can still work on the face of the camera, great protection from bears if you have them in your area, and a sense of security from low life thieves. Make sure to mount on larger trees that aren't easy to saw through, alot of folks out scouting carry folding saws. Draw back to a lock box is price and if you switch camera brands on down the road you will have to buy different boxes. If you go with lock boxes I prefer this lock...https://www.amazon.com/Master-Lock-Tita ... B00004Y8CA. I run all my $100+ cameras in boxes, the two $30 cameras I have I don't, cost of box and lock is more than the camera is worth. Python cable is definitely the cheapest route, just no protection from critters and the elements. Each property and camera site has it's own circumstances to deal with. Just my thoughts from my experiences.
