    Mid April Opening Days Suck

    I dont like the delayed start either but I do feel like it will save some birds which is the intention. Here in East Tn our Turkey population has taken a big dive in the last 5-10 years. Still plenty of birds to hunt and kill but nowhere near the numbers and big flocks we had a decade ago!

    Smart businessman he is!!! Making money hand over fist and killing deer while doing it! Not really my favorite way to hunt by a long shot, but you gotta give credit as hes making a Ton off those neighborhood deer that need thinning anyway!

    Social media has given people a false sense of what 90% of hunting is really all about! Both good and bad result from this, but imo its like 90% negative in the long run for our Livelihood!!!

    Need advice for this weekends Oak Ridge archery.

    Get in a saddle or pinch point etc, and sit all day! So many people in those archery areas and with no scouting just maximize your opportunities.
