    Deer are going to travel the path of least resistance. When crossing a ridge they will cross in saddles to get from one side to the other. It also allows them to stay off the highest part of the ridge.

    There appears to be a saddle on the southwest side of the hub. I would probably hunt the southeast side of it for a predominant north or west wind. On a south wind I would hint the north side of it.
