My land is steep, mostly set the ridge tops. I am going to set some streams this week.

I have good luck with fish food pellets from tractor supply. Topped off with peanut butter. I use a cap on the traps to keep house cats from slapping them over. Also make the bait last longer, keeps rain out.

The 23 dog proofs produced 2 possums last night. This cold weather should kick it in gear.

12 Footholds set all week, along with 23 coon traps not one catch all week. I think I decimated the coon this year. I am ok with that.

Got 20 acres seeded today 14 separate spots, dead tired. Weeds sure are less trouble. Latest I have ever planted. Guess rain is not coming any time soon.
