    Food Plots Buckwheat

Like you said soil building. You can double crop on red clay, terminate before it seeds. I don’t think there is anything better at what it does.

Question for people that have hunted Osceolas

I do have a decent kayak if it comes to that, I’ve heard in some areas it’s pretty necessary, planning on bringing it regardless.

Question for people that have hunted Osceolas

Man thank you so much, I hope I can return the favor. We don’t have extremely high hopes but I’m looking forward to getting after them

Question for people that have hunted Osceolas

We like to try to figure it out ourselves, if I could find something I could self guide on a big spot of private ground I’d be open to it but I’m not interested in shooting one out a window in a food plot. Nothing wrong with that just not the hunt I’m looking for.

Question for people that have hunted Osceolas

I’m planning to head to Florida this spring to try to finish my grand slam. I’m wanting to do a public land hunt somewhere in southeast Florida. Within a 100 miles or so of okeechobee. Wmas in that area are Avon park, three lakes, kicco, triple n ranch. My questions, how do you know which wmas...

    Tennessee

I was in Hoover for it. There was a sea of orange. Id love to see more support for the baseball team even on bad years. I honestly enjoy watching them more than the chaos at neyland.

For your viewing pleasure.... Waddell again

I mostly agree with everything you said up until hunting Image not mattering. It absolutely matters what the public thinks of us. Corner crossing, spring bear, hound hunting, all those are key issues in certain states and it's not the hunters or anti hunters that will make that call...

    Indian Reservation in SD

I know what you mean. Fooling the birds into coming in because you made them think you're a turkey is a different accomplishment. I am a serious duck hunter and I don't think stalking up on a pond is the same thing as calling them in. That said, when I go out of state to hunt I hope things are...

    Indian Reservation in SD

They're just starting to break into smaller groups there. My 6 man group all filled our tags but over half of our birds were spot and stalk. If it's windy, you need to be on top of them to hear your call and it's hard to hear them gobble. Binos are an absolute must for this place and some...

Food Plots Did a little experimenting today

Update, second year of this plot and the red clover is doing well. I wasnt very impressed with it last season but no till into thick Bermuda is probably asking a lot. I think the lawn mower method worked well for this unusual situation.

I'm heading to rosebud this year as well in April. I'd be glad to send you info after our hunt to let you know what the birds did.

    Hatchie River

A good blind in that area with good hunters will kill 200 ducks a year. In my experience the hatchie is way better when the river is out of its banks.

We use wood duck decoys, blue wing decoys, and green wings. Teal spinning wing dove spinning wing or baby mojo as well.

Food Plots Spraying clover heavy areas with cleth and 24db

Has anyone tried this? It's a great year for clover here (or a bad year if you have bloated cows) and I'm considering picking a few spots in pastures full of wild clover and spraying the weeds in addition to some 0-20-20. I've seen heads from crimson, white and red clovers. Has anyone gone this...
