Congrats! We were all over them in Ohio this weekend. Partner killed Saturday right about 10. Coyote ruined our hunt this morning about 5 minutes before we were about to get a shot and flushed everything across the holler. Seemed a little henned up overall.

My buddy and I were defeated this morning in Ohio. Except the gobbler that defeated us didn’t get far enough outta dodge and suicide gobbled 25 times at 10 am and ate a face full of TSS from my buddy’s 12ga.

The bird i killed was out of his mind. He was fully mature at 25 pounds. But the 2 year old birds gobbled from daylight till dark it seemed.

i was very apprehensive to this. I think weather played more of a role than the actual date, but that was the best turkey hunting i have ever had. The bird i finally connected with was absolutely suicidal.
