Hard to come by for sure
A buddy of mine found a solid black double fluted clovis in Weakley County years ago.

Fascinating map....I would love to find a fluted clovis.... buddy of mine has a broken base.

He sold it to the rockman and it ended up in one of his books.
I ALMOST bought it but he wanted $1,000 for it.
Think he ended up taking like $400 for it
Just text my buddy. He said he does have pictures of it still.

Well he said this is the only one he could find out of 5,000 pictures. LOL
He has a couple much better pictures but can't find them.
It really was a beautiful piece.
Best I remember it was 4 3/4" long

Only found one complete one. I have found 2 broke bases and one "maybe" Clovis. Very rare, been hunting since 86. All these from Middle Tennessee.

He had the absolute most perfect celt and gaming stone I have ever seen in my life.
Both were made out of some kind of green rock.
Absolutely beautiful and perfect condition.

I've found 2 quad bases, 1 broken clovis, and 1 broken fluted Cumberland in middle tennessee

Closest Ive ever came to finding a clovis was finding a quad.

These are rare too:
Middle Tennessee, and the Ohio, Cumberland, and Tennessee River valleys have good distributions of Clovis points. Possibly because of being an ice free region. There is some speculation that Clovis originated in those areas.
