1 pound of bbq pork cut into 1/2" pieces
3 cups day old rice(cold)
a tbs or two of hi temp oil
any vegetables you like, i like sweet peas and carrots
small onion diced
2 green onions
basic fry sauce(modified for what most people have in their kitchen)
2 tbs soy sauce
1/2 tsp vinegar
1 tbsp hot water
1 tsp sugar
good grind of black pepper
you can make this in a skillet, wok or black stone griddle.
put down a tbs of oil on med. add onions and stir fry an minute or two add the vegetables and stir fry a minute. add the pork and then add the rice. stir fry for about 5 minutes then add the sauce and green onions and fry on med hi until all the rice is evenly coated.
