Filet the breast out and cut into finger sized strips. Bread these in your favorite breading mix and deep fry.

Boil the thighs for about an hour and then run the meat through grinder or chop them and make turkey salad.

The legs.....good luck.

Wild turkey with no skin not alot of options. Them legs is tough.A Big slow cooker with some water in the pan will work.Or use the old fashion type roaster with a lid. Cook it with low heat real slow.

If you want to cook the whole bird, take an oven bag for turkeys (follow directions for baking a turkey) and add some celery and apples in the bag for moisture. They bake very well.

Breast the bird out and then cut the breast meat into chunks. Cut up a red, green and yellow bell pepper into strips or chunks. Do the same with a sweet onion and mushrooms. Soak all ingridents together in Zesty Italian salad dressing for about 1 day (more is better). Put ingridents on skewers and slowly grill until cooked.

This is kind of sacreligeous, because it sort of masks the turkey, but...

Slow cook the breast in a crockpot on low for few hours.
Cut up the breast into chunks and toss it into a pan full of Marinara sauce(store-bought bottles of Marinara make it easy). Cook that for a while.
Cook up some pasta noodles (does not matter what size or shape).
Pour the Marinara-turkey mix over the noodles.
Put grated cheese over the top (Parmesan, Mozzerella, whatever)
Wait till the cheese melts.

It's kinda like Chicken Parmasan the quick way.
