Just wanted to give them a shout out . I ordered a custom trumpet one year ago for my wedding gift from my wife. He messaged me a month ago saying lts ready , i paid, he shipped. Well its been supposed to show up for 2.5 weeks ago. Stuck in the memphis distribution of course. Well i contacted him and he was very upset and said if it doesn't show he'll make me another and ship asap. Very nice of him and got my business for life ! His name is ricky padgett.
