Smart phone check in?

Tried to check in a bird yesterday for a friend on my phone.....No luck.

It took all the info except spur length. Kept saying invalid entry. I put in 1, 1 in, and 1 inch. Would not take any of those.

Then it came up that beard length was invalid.......10 inch.

What did I do wrong?

I don't but I killed one Sunday and it kept saying weight was invalid. I finally just rounded it to a whole number and it was fine. Spurs were 1 1/8 so I put 1.125 and it rounded them up. Beard was 10 3/16 and it rounded them down.

Sorry, I have no idea. Please call the Wildlife Div. at 615-781-6610 and see if they know what the issue might be.
