Trapper's Famous "You Ain't Gonna Remember Nothin'" Hot Chocolate.

Put about an inch of water in a small pan and put a stainless steel or non-reactive aluminum bowl over the pan.

Add in some milk chocolate chips and ONE mini Hershey's Special Dark bar.

Looks like this:

Add in some milk and turn on the heat to get the water boiling. You're steaming the bottom of the bowl to get the chocolate to melt. Whisk it non-stop. Eventually you'll need to turn down the heat so the milk doesn't boil. Just keep nice, steady heat on it and keep whisking until the chocolate melts.

Then add some of this:

Take it off the heat, stir a few times, put it in a mug and drop in some marshmallows. Homemade 'mallows are the best but store bought is ok...I guess.

No, I don't measure any of it. Neither should you. Real cooks don't measure.

My next recipe shall be my not-so-top-secret Irish Coffee.
