I have an all original 1967 Glenfield Mod. 30 in 35 Rem in better than average condition, but not perfect. The kicker is that apparently only about 3k of these were ever made. It shoots and handles great. I even like the shorter mag tube as compared to a regular 336. I don't have any heirs, so I can't decide if I should just use the heck out of it and let it go for cheap at my estate sale, or sell to a collector that will understand what they have. I have another 336 in 35 and would like to have one with a few aftermarket tacti-cool mods. Mainly just for added functionality and to look like it should actually have a modern scope sitting on it. Bigger loop, Boyd's stock, no sights... the usual. I just can't see modding the Glenfield.
