are they still made? i haven't seen one in a store in a coons age. they eventually crack when cutting on them, and never sound quite right regardless of what type of glue i use to repair them.

i've still got three of mine. lost my first many (30+) years ago. all of them have cracked longitudinally a half inch or so below the lip. i've swapped the lids around and tried to sand/thin the "gobbler" side to sound like the "hen" side did, but it just aint the same...if they still make them, i don't understand why i don't see them for sale. last one i bought was nearly $30. should have bought all they had, i guess...
