Great day on the water

Took a break from the crappie to see if I could get on the bass. Knew timing was right for how I wanted to catch them. Only got out 2 rods, the rat and a glide. Things started off quick on top with the rat but once I picked up the glide I couldn't put it down. Boated several fish with the best being a 4.78 smallmouth.

I've got a few I use. That one was a 7'9" Xtra heavy Milliken series. With a lews lsf reel. I have a few setups 7.5 to 7.9, heavy to Xtra heavy just depends on weight of glide and about every reel I have is lews
