Started at 4:30 this morning. Got a good coal base going and the smoker warmed up. Just threw on a Boston Butt to hopefully be ready around 2ish. Three racks of baby backs and two packs of country style ribs going on in a couple of hours.

Check out my butt! Lol

Wrapped up, topped with a little more rub, surrounded by apple juice, and drizzled with Mike's hot honey. Going in the oven till 208 degrees then resting.

Ribs are wrapped in butcher paper and topped with butter and brown sugar and back on the smoker for 2 hours.

Pork pork and more pork (drooling) 😁

Lol I haven't gotten up the nerve to try a brisket yet. That's alot of money for something so easy to screw up. I did try a poor man's burnt ends with a chuck roast, but rushed it and it came out pretty awful. Pork seems pretty easy for now. I've only has the smoker about a month so I'm still learning the whole process.

Got to do a brisket. Right of passage with a smoker. I'd find a food truck that does brisket and see if they will walk you through it. B&B doesn't do brisket I don't think.
