Corner crossing

When he said that allowing them to corner-cross diminished his land value, I knew he was sunk.
He is basically admitting that the value of his land is directly tied to excluding everyone else from the encased public land.

It's a shame that the land was allowed to be cut off from the public, there's a lot more out there and also in Tn also if the game warden down in wTn was to be believed years ago

TN has some public acreage that is landlocked by private.
For example, there was (from memory) a 500 acre parcel in East TN that was surround by private. By the time I found out about it, one piece of land had sold for only $12,000 that would have allowed access for the entire piece. In actuality, I probably would have looked to donate it for general public access.
The Teddy Roosevelt Conservation Partnership has been leading the way on identifying these orphaned properties, with OnX supporting.
