Pride myself on making great wings. Mine actually cook in the oven rather than frying. Before and after

Throw those in a pot, cover with water, chop up an onion, and you'll have a good stock going. Half the reason we cook wings in the TAFKAP house is so that I can make stock.
 
Drain, pat dry or wrap them in paper towels and newspaper to get them as dry as possible especially for frozen wings. Dust them liberally with baking POWDER ( helps to crisp the skin). Place on a parchment lined baking sheet, sprinkle with seasoning of choice, I like lemon pepper or poultry seasoning, bake at 375-Doug 400 degrees for about an hour and 15 minutes turning halfway through baking. Like crispy fried!
