Bad day in the turkey woods!

It could be worse, as there were no injuries nor did we have to drag it out with the tractor, but my dad's F150 transmission partly went out a mile back in the woods.

Thankfully I was able to drive it gingerly in forward. Reverse was shot.

Our transmission guy confirmed the problem, but will have to wait until this afternoon to get the estimate after he's able to tear into it.

To add insult, we heard no gobbles!

I've not heard any Gobbles in the last 5 trips out.
