I did BBQ wings last night, these were just the drumettes. Musta come from BIG chickens as they were large.
I tried again to get everything right but my touch was way off. And to boot the size screwed up my cook time. I burned one batch half-cooked another.
So dinner last night was pretty spare. Wife made funny faces at my wings.....even Son did not have seconds which is very bad sign.
Woke up around 5 AM hungry and had a nice breakfast. I cut a chunk off the ham and charred it up just right. Eggs were good even if I only had one yolk.
