Yea. We make jelly from red bud flowers, dandelion flowers and violet flowers. All good and good for you.

Care to share your recipe?
My wife works with a teacher that makes jelly from dandelion flowers. Had is last year and was really good.

Yes for sure. Be later this afternoon. We just tried the dandelion for the first time this spring. It was awesome. Tastes a lot like honey

Here is a good video that pretty much is exactly the way my wife does it. You don't have to heat the jars as it shows in the video if you don't want to. We use cane sugar but you can use store bought white also just not as good for you. Enjoy.

We've done the wild violet jelly before but never tried redbud flower or dandelion...need to give them a try...Thanks for sharing.

I've got a bumper crop this year, need to do this before my lawn guy mows. Can I do this with white clover??? Bumper crop again.
