First I have heard of USFWS calling applicants. I learn something new every day.

I've received calls from them notifying me and my party were successful or not, I think they want to verify with us if it takes a while to get the postcards back, I wish they did a left over draw for hunters that don't return their NOI and pay.

I live on what I've heard to be the "postal training route". It gets so inconsistent I forget I'm expecting anything, but this time of year my anxiety gets a little high!
