Has anyone had to send a scope back to Zeiss for warranty coverage?
I have a Conquest with a RZ800 reticle that has 3 large pieces of something silver came loose inside the tube. It looks almost like something along the inner tube has broken. There are three pieces. These pieces are moving around inside the scope.
There is also a small black mark inside that will not move. It honestly looks like a hash mark from the reticle... thats the shape and size anyway.
SO, if thats not enough, I have a Conquest Terra on my encore muzzle loader....I was testing loads today and thought I would test the track on the scope, because my adjustments didnt seem to be consistent. THAT scope isnt tracking!!! GGEEEEZZZZZZ talk about not having a good feeling about Zeiss all of a sudden!
Anyway, just wanted to see if any of yall had any problems and if Zeiss is good to work with.
