I was thinking about this the other day. I'll be 46 in a couple weeks and it's amazing how your desires change. I remember when I was in high school I had a truck with a 6 cylinder for a while. Sharp truck but I always hated the fact that I couldn't put glass packs or cherry bombs on it because you can't make a 6 cylinder sound good. Now I hear a truck with loud pipes and wonder how it doesn't drive the owner insane listening to that crap all the time. Now I want my truck as quiet as possible. The really funny thing is these guys that buy a new truck with all the wind noise engineering, "quiet cab", and road noise reduction, then drive it straight to the muffler shop and put loud mufflers on it.
