Two guys bought a Long Island bungalow back in 2007 for $300,000 (It looks like a 50k house in these parts). Inside was a bunch paintings lying around. The previous owner said to chuck it into the dumpster. The new buyers thought it was too good to dump, so they held onto it.

Turns out to be worth an estimated 30 MILLION DOLLARS 0-0
